Ken Filiano and I will be the featured artist in "Defining Duos," a series curated by Po’Jazz ( Poetry in partnership with Jazz), founder, Golda Solomon. Poetry has playdates with jazz improvisation-ally with musicians who have a sensitivity and appreciation of poetry and the spoken word.   First Poet Laureate of Yonkers, Solomon introduced audiences to Po’Jazz  in 1999 at a writing center in Westchester. It moved to NYC and was in residence at The Cornelia Street Cafe for 7 years. Po’Jazz was a yearly regular at the Bahai Center in NYC ( Tuesday Evening Series) and traveled to various cities in the US. Studio 423C Sharp.
